yeah.. operator is a very cunning one.i watched this counter for a few weeks and i saw the same pattern.They will keep the price at the lowest possible but not too low,just enough to make people look the other way.Slowly they bought small stocks and accumulated it just enough to pump and dump within just 1 or 2 days.

buy at the lowest and i guess right now.Smart money pushed the price down deliberately as low as they can,then they will buy it at filthy cheap price before push the stock back to the highest and dump the shit to FOMO.
