their new upcoming projects have been verified and certify as genuine. the only issue was the old impairment which they did with 125mil. that was the one Auditor unable to give opinion as there was 2 more documents unsubmitted. As for SERBA DIMANIK, most of their projects were not verified followed by accounting issues and shoplots. Then followed by bonds issuance and expired and unable to make payment. It was HUGE issues followed by one another.

there is NO SERBA DINAMIK linked with Reneuco. management informed earlier that the External Auditor requested for time extension but Bursa said only until 9th Feb. reneuco will produce the AR, BUT NEED TIME TILL MARCH 2024. need to see the news later on what happening.

reneuco need to break away from Scib influence to be a better stock. all glc related is not good for future stock performance.

those companies just acquired the shares from Reneuco as they issued the shares direct to those companies to hold.
