Dividend (Cash or in Specie) 的增加或减少，都取决于公司未来需要的 Cash Flow Reserve 用于公司的发展开销。如果一间公司，没有计划扩张，比如我长期持有的Uchitec, 由于公司不打算任何大的扩展，那么dividend payout ratio就会高。可是反过来，如果公司未来短期有扩展计划比如Ranhill 的LSS4等，需要资金为未来的持续性收入铺路，那么dividend payout ratio就会有所调整。

再想想，如果持有一间未来没有扩充计划的公司，除非dividend payout ratio非常高，要不然，一间没有发展前景的公司，您觉得会有机会吗？

如果看回Ranhill的最新的QR Operating Cash Flow 增长一倍以上，从上个QR的 RM21 million 到最新的 RM51 million，证明了公司是有实质的现金入账。不是因为没有现金流而减少派发dividend。不像很多在疫情下受影响的公司，业绩不好，收入及现金流被顾客拖帐，受到很大的影响，没有能力发股息，或减少股息派发。

If you go thru the operating cash flow (which to see is a company have a healthy cash flow), the cash flow in for this latest QR of RM51 million from RM21 million
