TRX is coming... 地方又大过Pavillion，名牌也多过Pavillion，Parking一样钱，又新，Apple也在那边开全马第一件苹果店。肯定旺过Pavillion，顾客是一定会流失的看多或少而已。我的话是选择run first。。。

如果pav bj 长期都带不起的话，那也只会是个累赘而已。反而拉低Pavreit。这就是风险。。。反之就带飞Pavreit咯就要看管理层之后如何管理好了

对呀，增加收入是收购的理由，但是收购了 EPS还更低，那就代表收购失败咯～不过可能mall还不够稳，再一些时间看看

lol enough guys... have to understand the management pattern... even though has 477Mil on hand, so what? dividend payout ratio still low, do not doing any expansion... So we won't get any direct benefits if management just keep the cash on hand... Guys, have to know the reason behind of the earning... you are not buying this stock for the cash on hand, what for? waiting this stock to be liquidated?
