The OR share listing is for those don’t want apply to sell after ex price to compensate the adjustments price. You will automatically entitled the OR shares if you hold the mother share until ex date. But the OR price affect by supply and demand also, some time not necessarily can sell out in order to get back some money.

1 existing share for 1 right issue,if based on current price 0.105, the ex price wil be:
0.105(1000) + 0.09(1000) /2 = 0.0975( about 0.095) *only based on my understanding ya, I might wrong
If OR 0.05, the share price shold at least 0.13-0.14 (0.09 + 0.05 = 0.14 , still not count in free warrant value)
OR price depend on market demand and supply also, if many investors think the RI was a good offer and go for it right isssue the OR price wil going up, same to mother share price.
