the report was so good before the auditor made public ok. so, even fundamental player get trapped. After it was suspended, when i re-open, it gapped down 2 to 3 times. that is about 90% lost already. But what we dont understand is, the penalty for faking the reports is so low. Imagine taking billions and pay penalty of million. This is loophole in the system and causing honest investor a victim.
mcm ni pun boleh? report dipalsukan, kaut from public x pasti berapa billion, then cuma kena denda beberapa million? case closed? the current framework not able to protect honest investor. It's really a nightmare to invest here
my worst investment ever. bos cuma bayar saman, investor hilang semua duit titik peluh. fundamental or technical player pun matilah macam ni. report berbunga-bunga, tapi rupanya...aish!! the penalty is too low to prevent similar case. i am just asking for a clean report to make proper judgement & decision. totally not fair to investor.
