would like to ask how about the dividend 7cents? use the balance units on hand as at ex date to calculate? and the share dividend + bonus issue will also add in?
example 1000 units, after share dividend + bonus issue the final total units become 2000 units. the dividend 7cents is calculate by 1000 units x 7cents?
Yes agree with you Ngui, the management style too traditional and not aggressive in expanding their business. Holding so much of cash especially the IPO fund, holding so long time but not utilize wisely and effectively, these are not benefit for investors
9 months revenue and profit already surplus last financial year, maybe they purposely pull the hand break to hold back the sales and put it in new financial year, probably they intent put the on hold sales order in June and July OR the demand it’s really starting to reduce. MCO started in mid May, it is not a big issue for them to close the financial year ended 31/5/2021.…
In this quarter suddenly got the new impairment loss 155k and inventories written down 270k, need to be take note…overall it is a very good achievement year for this company
1）这个第4季度突然间做了一个新的impairment loss 155k，估计有新的potential bad debts。逼近MCO影响了很多公司的收入。
2）inventories突然有一个written down 270k，不懂是因为仓库里有货变质了所以要降低售价来便宜卖还是什么的。
3）第4季度的销售额和税前盈利比起上个季度减少了10%和37%，MCO其实是在5月中开始实行，短短半个月应该不足以影响那么大。估计应该是老板想刹车，逼近9个月的业绩已经超越了上个财政年的表现了。所以有这个刹车动作也是可以理解，又或者是可能需求量开始减少了（个人看法）
4）IPO所筹集到的资金（34.6mil）到现在一半都用不到（7.5mil），显示出他们还不怎么积极发展。上市了3年还不怎么用来发展，不懂里面的高层怎么想。
