3個大租戶走了，業績減少，美國升息，經濟收緊。全部都是壞消息，暫時看不到有什麼成長空間，應該會回調到0.75-0.80左右。現在現金最重要，等低價的到來。

一年多前有一個投資前輩跟我講，現在5.00買入這個TG可以長期收股息，還說別怕，市場病毒長期存在，肯定會再起上10++的，當股價跌倒3.60的時候我說我挺不順賣了，到了3.00的時候他又叫我加碼，幸好我沒有聽，現在他已經住在penthouses 了，風景機美一下哦！這些股除非你有河馬這樣的身價，不然千萬不要並............
