In term of quality, Malaysia rubber is much more superior than Thailand. This is the reason our glove maker has been dominating 65% of world glove market. The branding is there for a reason. Besides this, technological advantage play a part too especially nitrile glove

YinG Thailand improves a lot compared to Malaysia. Thai BAHT is stronger than MYR. the whole KLSE is majority supported by gloves stock counter otherwise it slide to a record low.
when Thailand announced their intention to compete with Malaysia definitely they are well prepared. chemicals can keep those allergies away and if they sell at lower price you think countries will choose whose product as we know now many countries government having some tight budget and financial constraints.

If thai baht rise more than RM~ means RM are cheaper~ so the price for malaysia's product would be cheaper in currency~ i dont know whether natural rubber glove's price are lower than nitrile or not if additional process for the allergic chemical~
strong Thai BAHT doesn't translate to higher price for their gloves. to compete they'll lower down their prices and comparable to RM. more and more gloves companies sprouting and want a share of the covid19 theme market. good luck
