If I have 10 lot on hand, is it I am entitle to reinvest another 10 lot at discounted price @ $1.51?

assuming 1lot =1000 shares, so if u have 10 Lots that is 10k shares. 10k x 3.5sen =RM350 . RM350÷offer price = no of shares you are entitled to. any rounding difference will be disregarded. example : in this case offer price is RM1.51 per share , therefore you will be entitled to 231.78 shares , they will only give you 231 shares instead of 232 shares

refer to above example : 10k shares, dividend 3.5 cents per share. you will get RM350 in total. if you opt for reinvest scheme. the offer price is RM1.51 per share. therefore: 350÷1.51=231.78 , they will round down to 231 shares

if I were to choose, I would take the cash dividend than to opt for reinvest scheme. it will drives down the EPS. Instead I would rather Affin buy back their own shares
