Pp 0.20 I can't see in any announcements. May I missed. Ussualy if pp, for daya only in step 1, filing will not have price yet. And before pp usually price falling

They don't buy at 0.20 bro. They offer lower, after pp price adjusted to 0.20. The difference is the margin. Company get money, white Knight got capital gain.
