See, Cc, an example of a rabies dog with unbounded hatred, and has no respect, whatsoever, for any individual! The more he barks; the less respect he gets:-) Who cares about his opinions if he cannot speak but just barks -- woof, woof, ...! The rabies loan shark has a bad day because Vun screwed him for missing his quota:-)
@Cc, in the past year, being 1¢ PA (not 1.5¢ or above) had many opportunities to break even for those who lost faith or succumbed to fears -- the latest one was in early May with about 50M 1¢ PA. But, most of them hesitated with the opportunities. Although the 1¢ break-even chances are highly likely in the coming months, particularly after The Arch, the same people would waver again despite their impatience. I respected their decision even if they were frightened by the said zombies!
Like I said, there were no zombies here at least 55 days ago. Why they suddenly appeared when Focus was smashing down -- a coincidence? We could be the ignorant victims of Vun!
Some people may not notice whatever we type here can be easily searched by Google. Kenneth Vun may be shocked because I mentioned his full name so often here to warn the potentially high risks of Focus, especially the high-priced mothers!
@Lee, yes, and have already bought in small batches -- you do not want the loan shark zombies to manipulate your queues:-) Not advisable for those without disposable income as WWIII "might" be coming! The loan sharks from Emicro Finance (NETX, controlled by Vun) do not scare me here:-)
Now the latest AR for FOCUS already out, chin lua. Until 30/9/2022, FOCUS top 30 shareholders hold about 68.03% instead 24/5/2021 FOCUS top 30 shareholders hold about 70.774%. How come FOCUS top 30 shareholders shareholding reduce lesser due to change hand to other persons?
@Tan, do you ever wonder why the loan-shark zombie (working for Emicro, NETX) above has so much free time to stalk us? First, he does not have any money to invest; Second, he works for Vun to intimidate us, haha:-) Clearly, by asking me a question here -- which is your rights, not that idiot zombie's -- you are not afraid of the zombie, 0.5¢ PA, or a possible WW3:-) You are asking a wrong question as 68.03% or 70.77% does not matter!
@Tan, you can ask Ken how Kenneth (his boss) hid his name among the major shareholders, but he dares not to risk Kenneth's wrath:-) The right question is who wants to be a major shareholder in Focus? Bonafide foreign or local big investors are not interested in Focus. So, if you see a nominee from a secret foreign source, it is most likely from Ken's boss! You should read section 47 -- Significant and Subsequent Events -- about the busy tenancy or sale & purchase agreements during the period!
It is not my business on how to handle your 1¢ investment -- hence, I would not tell you whether I had sold my break-even 1¢ PA. If you concerned about the Ukraine war, you should consider holding cash before the war. The last opportunity was early May this year. The risk, of course, is that you may not know for sure about the next significant price appreciation. Likewise, it is your business on how to handle the 0.5¢ PA!
There are 12.7M shares queuing for 0.5¢. For those who invested the 0.5¢ PA and cannot sleep over the US announcement that its nuclear weapons could have preemptive strikes on Russia, China and North Korea, now is the chance to break even to hold cash; otherwise, forever hold your peace:-) Please note that this is your decision, not the zombies'!
MNC Wireless (Kenneth's counter) has reached 16¢ just now after the 10-to-1 consolidation!!! Before that, the lowest price was 0.5¢! Also, each consolidated share was given bonus (free) warrants! The same trends happened to LKL -- so much for the zombies, haha:-)
@Tan, you mean Ken? Hahaha...:-) But, no worries as the 10-to-1 consolidations (zombies' favorite spooky intimidation) were PROFITABLE for Mtronic, LKL & MNC! But, I would not recommend them for long-term investments even at 1¢ or lower as they did not have the average 50% gross profit since 2020 Q1 like Focus! No one should listen to someone who dares not to invest a cash-cow stock even at 0.5¢:-)
These updates (2022 Q3 report) are only for Focus investors -- so, penniless and extremely jealous zombies, pissed off, okay? The gross profit is 62%, which exceeds most blue chips, if not all! You can check the significantly lower gross-profit percentages of Genting, Petronas, etc.!
As usual, we can ignore the RM8.9M paper loss. Like the previous quarter, an unusual and large "Other Operating Expenses" item (RM10.4M) is likely related to new brands. The Lemon Tree, for instance, was opened in the last quarter. This time, Spark Club KL is the new brand as revealed by the report:
"Leverage on its existing F&B outlets, namely 'Chaze,' 'LAVO,' 'Bounce,' 'Lavo Gallery,' 'FINCH,' 'Diao Yu Tai,' 'The Lemon Tree' and 'Spark Club KL' to further expand its F&B business including amongst others, opening of additional outlets or launching new F&B brands."
Without any club experience, I am doubtful that Focus can manage Spark Club KL. An investment (item q of Significant and Subsequent Event) in the 2022 annual report provides a clue:
"(q) On 5 April 2022, MISB has entered into a Tenancy Agreement with Spark Club Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Zouk Club (KL) Sdn. Bhd.) to lease part of ground floor, mezzanine floor, first floor and basement of the building, Zouk Club (KL) with registered address as 436 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur with a total estimated contract value of RM15,676,752, for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023, at the average monthly rental of RM653,198."
It seems Focus is renting four bar areas in the club for the average monthly rental of RM653,198 from Jan 1, 2022 to Dec 31, 2023! There are other investments, from rental agreements to property purchases, listed in the section. But, this Spark Club's monthly rental tops them all! Since Anwar is in charge, a KL dance club with a lot of booze (from Focus, of course) business cannot be touched by PAS:-)
What keeps zombies going with no stakes in KLSE? We spend time because we have an investment here, but zombies waste their time endlessly to insult or threaten every investor in every counter! These poor cut-loss guys had lost all their money from day one, hehe:-) Could someone recommend a good Taoist who can comfort their very hurtful souls and send them to Nirvana -- once and for all?
As usual, the F&B business was/is holding steady -- the gross profit is 53%, but Overseas's profit is better at 55%! There is no "net cash flow" as the "paper profit" is about RM5.6M. The good news is that they spent about RM11M in opening new outlets or brands in 2022 Q4.
The usual old, tired curses -- no talents for creative words, which are "bearable" probably because I have not heard them in a long time, hehe:-) I suggest he applies Anwar's aids announced in the recent budget, which will enable him to buy a share or two:-)
ChatGPT is more talented than the zombies -- at least it will not repeat similar words or phrases like echoes! Oh, I am so sorry, zombies -- you do not understand the chatbot, based on a "Large Language Model"?
As I predicted long ago, Covid-19, based on evolutionary science, was practically over despite China's outbreak. Hence, Focus's investments in gloves (Gocean) and health products (LKL) are a terrible waste of PA's conversion cash! The big sharks' profitable prospect is left with only F&B -- a booming industry this year.
Why is F&B better than gloves or health products? Ask Lim Kon Lian (LKL's co-founder), who dumped all LKL shares for Overseas Enterprise (2nd largest shareholder). Ask also Chai Woon Chet (Sabah shark), who neglected Anzo and joined Overseas (largest shareholder). Of course, Mr. Vun (HK shark), via Sanston & stealth accounts in Fintec, has long been controlling Focus's F&B. The two big sharks (Vun & Chai) have big hopes for their F&B businesses, especially after The Arch's completion.
Did you know Vun was Overseas's 2nd largest shareholder before Lim? Have you ever wondered why Focus bought the expensive LKL shares with PA's conversion cash (about RM40M)? After Vun dumped all Overseas shares, Lim became the 2nd largest shareholder -- very fishy, indeed! See, I did not only mention Focus's great potential but also the shark risks! Notwithstanding, I believe low PA prices (1¢ or below) can mitigate those risks!
Since I hold PA long-term only, there is no need for endless speculations (more guesses, more losses) among many stocks -- aka, cut-loss or day-trading strategy, which was proven ineffective academically:-)
"Day trading can quickly become an addiction for many people, not unlike casino gambling, says Keith Whyte of the National Council on Problem Gambling. 'When it's trade after trade after trade, it's that same hypnotic effect that people report when they sit in front of a slot machine,' Whyte says."
You are a gambler if you follow the cut-loss guys! According to NPR's (a credible news organization) report whose Http address is refused by this app. But, you can cut and paste the quote in a search engine for the study concerning the day-trading disasters.
If I refuse to trade under the unfavorable prices, I still have my PA, unlike those who "cut loss" constantly among many stocks -- blue chips or not. You can run out your capital after awhile!
@cg, do not worry as mere words or threats cannot rob your money -- your PA units are safely in your account despite the zombie viruses' attempts, hahaha:-)
Not even Vun can force me out as he probably has no PA bullets. If he bought 1¢ and then dumped at 0.5¢, I could break even (1¢ PA) or gain 100% profit (0.5¢ PA), and then queue at 0.5¢ -- ending with more PA, hehe:-)
@chin,i am not worry or angry, just that every person has different view,it is unnecessary to attack anyone just because he has a different view from yours?? if i really wanted to be rude , all i can say is ,“ 你老豆死,关我鬼事咩” ( sorry for being rude)。。。。
@cg, I did not mean you were worried, but just a metaphor that his words mean nothing or have power over us as zombies, by definition, have shithead:-) Rationally, it is already sound to hold the 0.5/1¢ PA long-term. Any analysis or fact is a bonus!
Based on their stupefied and very embarrassing posts, the zombies are self-masturbating (a hit back) themselves into believing they could convince rational individuals that their brains have thinking cells left -- ouch, ouch, ouch:-)
There were/are many cut-loss or day-trading people around us. You can ask around, and their fate is exactly what has been described by the study. E.g., another friend who was big on insider rumors and had done day trading frequently has fallen hard financially. Hence, accumulating the high-profit margin, 0.5¢ PA is to avoid such a fate! If you cannot take a risk, fixed deposits are the alternative, which are not safe as well if WW3 occurs!
@Ken, are you saying your boss, Vun or Chai, has made a major mistake by taking a significant position in Focus or Overseas? Be careful, Ken, they could fire your ass:-)
@Lim, I meant zombies did not even care to invest a cent of or study about Focus, yet they cursed us vigorously for exercising our free will! Did zombies offer any credible analysis or fact before asking people to cut loss? We are not living under the CCP, and these Malaysian zombies behave much worse than China's little pink! Must people respect you when you have no civility? In the US, such behaviors can be classified as cyberbullying, and be sued!
@Lim, when zombies attack you, do not be serious about the creative words or phrases thrown at them -- they are part of the freak zombie show:-) The scenes are different when Focus's analyses or facts are concerned. Also, whether you have money for or are interested in Focus is not my business! But, some people here still cannot grasp that simple fact! So, one last time -- you are responsible for your investing decisions, and not me!
I do not apologize for my superb analytical skills. For example, around 2022 January, I declared (in my old posts here) that Covid-19 was practically over, based on first South African cases, first study by a credible HK professor, and the sound principles of evolutionary science! I made that claim with no uncertainty when the world's foremost epidemiologists did not understand the first Omicron means Flu! I "brag" about this fact to show that zombies have no comparable skills!
This app is about stock investments and not zombie shows:-) If you do not like 0.5¢ PA, which other stocks do you prefer and why? Do you even dare to recommend or invest in a stock on record? If you do not have one, why are you here? Your empty insults and threats cannot force me to quit the 0.5/1.0¢ PA's long-term holding, hahaha:-) Just in case you work for the big sharks, why not inform your bosses to smash the PA at 0.5¢ forever, hahaha!
Many Ukrainians are dying in fighting for their free will, despite the brutal Russian soldiers. So, can you do better than the soldiers to shut off my free will?
@Tan, you are entitled to your opinion. Unlike previously pro-China policies, Filipinos now have no choice but to pick a side after China is encroaching on one of its islands. China was challenging one of the Malaysian islands, too. It will come at a time you have to pick a side -- Malaysian or Chinese.
FYI: Many middle- or upper-class Chinese are enquiring about Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) to escape another Cultural Revolution -- Thailand or Singapore is more popular!
@Tan, I made my choice by "inspiring" the US Naval Research Lab, which was impressed with my work and demonstration, to invest in Unmanned Autonomous Vehicle (UAV) like the current Long Range Anti-ship Missile (LRASM). Again, I do not apologize for my superb analytical skills that I could see China, one day, would invade Malaysia 20 years ago!
