KPMG should be suspended for all Auditing work in Malaysia untill this case complete because their integrity is now has been compromised. They must not audit other untill they are proven as a fully high integrity audit firm.

wish serba would sue them till they bankrupt. too many financial scandal surrounding the auditor. they have been sued many times over negligence and malpractice. in the US, UK also many company sued kpmg dy. the auditor very problematic wan. why do we the small time investors have to take tanggung all the loss made by the auditor. they come out with baseless flags then our shares drop. zzzz

SERBA Dinamik Holding Bhd’s former senior independent non-executive director (INED) was charged in the Magistrate’s Court in Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur (July 26) for criminal intimidation to other. He was charged under Section 507 of the Penal Code for threatening to cause physical harm to a fellow board member – an act which provides for a maximum of two years’ imprisonment or a fine, or both, upon conviction.

A former partner at KPMG Malaysia prior to his retirement in December 2015, who was appointed to the Serba Dinamik Board on November 16, 2016 resigned on June 24 alongside four other INEDs, citing “differences in opinion with the decisions made by the board which in his view are not to the best interest of the company”.
KPMG will be like Arthur Andersen may be.
