China arm results just out profitable.I'm expecting Singapore and HK arm profit will contribute around 120 million to Malaysia arm. Looks like clear skies ahead for parkson.
Pra Singapore earnings profit came in at 180over million, China another big turnaround. Malaysia phb will benefit. Short term should hit 60 and above for private placements.
As expected results of parkson is big profit. I gave Conservative 120 million profit but its even higher than my estimate at 131million. Tomorrow will fly.
Parkson will at least go to around 70 before PP in order for company to get decent amount for capital or just sell a mall to raise funds. Looks like any news will be good news for parkson. Hehehe
I think the rally will start soon (i hope so). Why? For now (3.30pm), MA 2 & MA 5 just crossed each other (i used Heikin Ashi candle) and IF betul2 rally and my calculation/research is correct, my TP is 0.265cent (fibo 61.80% zone). Why? Because if this counter want to make HH/HL pattern, then it must beat the previous ?HH price (0.255cent).
Then, from there, we see whether it can break that 61.80% zone or not.
As expected if 28 is broken then other resistance won't do any harm and parkson will go back to the 68 mark. Expecting a strong rebound in retail business as most people will be looking for ways to go out for shopping. Hehehe
The reorganisation made will push parkson into positive territory when the books is cleaned. So in other words the vengeance shopping will prove to be effective in first quarter of 2022. Hehehe

PRG board members meeting scheduled on the 16th of Nov :) Q3 shall be the first real test for Parkson when it comes to its recovery journey due to low seasonality. A profitable performance for Malaysia ops in Q3 shall be the most solid evidence of its performance recovery + sustainability. Growth shall be driven from PRG if you will. Waiting patiently for the report to be released by end of the month.
