PFF contributed around 35-40%, till June 2022, and it can be replenished. It is like other construction companies, their revenue also contributed project by project. The management will keep on pitching for project, and inject new order book. We can say construction companies business not sustain too, due to they need to keep on tender project. But it is also depend on the company experience, connection and expertise.
Ptrans have a very good experience on the PFF, township planning with public transport planning, and also connection with government and etc. This is their strength. Unless there is no more developments in the market, but we can see there are still a lot development project coming out from the developers, even in this pandemic. Many property developers (listed) delivered good result..........Try to think about it
Kian Vun, PFF can be replenished. I think u not understand what i mean, but is ok. There are many kind of investors in the market, some long term, some short term, some technical & etc. Everyone have their own strategy and homework. Wish u all the best.
@Kian Vun 首先如果你心里价格是0.50 的话其实是没有问题的,也很香,但如果每个股你都把价格set那么低我是觉得你能买到的几率真的不大,最好的策略是当股价跌到反弹的时候买入第一批,第二批是再超跌到反弹上EMA5以后再买入。我的价格不在0.60以上,是刚反弹的时候0.580左右,如果明天价格0.60卖不下来了,涨回去0.60以上的时候你就只能追了,我还是盈利的,要走我随时都可以。但好的价格难求啊,唯有等了。
