Actually floating not important. It's whether the mother share is moving up or down, parallel movement theoretically. Issuer is important. Some dishonest issuer is playing against u n make money from u instead of helping u.. Try avoid Ambank.
I go for high gearing and short term strong catalyst like high growth n rosy prospects. I focus more on issuer RHB, CIMB, Kenanga. They r quite fair market maker n don't squeeze until u cannot tahan.. : ) Inthink best to wait patiently n pick the right one with high reward to risk ratio. Wait for the super strong catalyst. Try to share but that's my opinion..
Hahhh... Market going nowhere. When it's sideways n no clear trend ?neither uptrend or downtrend , I think its not attractive. Best don't go too heavy, just relax n go 'somewhere'. Cimb, both Genting companies are good but going nowhere..

The mother share not moving, all dead. Get a strong momentum m share that could sustain at least 3 months, then u got a gem..
