进一步透露旗下多项企业活动的最新进展，除了将继续套现资产以减轻公司债务负担，全资子公司Borsig的上市计划也已取得重大进展，公司目前与潜在认购者为首发股收购价进行谈判。

随着FBM集团和泰国资产陆续出售，科恩马将在Borsig集团的辅助下，重新获得可持续盈；Borsig集团在上市后将落实股息政策，每年至少将净利的75%用于派息。”

该公司强调，主要债权人非常支持现任管理层，而公司也将继续与投资银行就重组计划积极展开讨论。
