If you can recall our discussion here 3 months back, whereby Q4'23 demand will be low due to raining season and thus driving the lower demand for fertilizers; until Feb. The report showing exactly that. Q1'24 demand for fertilizers should be picking up when its sunny :) On top of that, there is one line item which is impairment loss of goodwill 14.368M; probably from one of its previous acquisition. Need to dig deeper into which acquisition. Goodwill for Hexind will be "volatile" as it has lots of M&A activities and goodwill to be recognised when there is gap between acquisition price versus fair value for the assets acquired. Vice versa, impairment of goodwill if the fair value for the assets acquired continue to go lower than the acquisition price. Just my opinions, could be wrong. Hope it helps.

Based on the previous Q1,Q2 & Q3 result, we never see any significant uptrend mode even the profit figures are very good.

Lets see how low it can go by next week or it will makes a reversal with this bad Q4 result hihi.
