warrant expired on 19th Oct and you must provide your decision and remit the payment by today to Esceramic. As brokers would need time to remit, most won't wait until final day to do so. As per 14th Sept announcement, outstanding warrants was 155 millions units. From 14th Sept to today, a total of around 91 millions unit warrants have been converted. remaining 64 millions yet to be converted.
both directors Ms Tan and Mr Wong holds a total of around 51.5 millions units of warrants and there have been no announcement yet on their conversion. more or less now, just left for the directors to convert. conversion from the market and public should have been completed
just need to wait for re-rating. market still label Esceramic as gloves industry. just see how the big 4 gloves are doing. all down drastically. as long as market doesn't see esceramic as construction material, it's share price won't get a re-rating for now
