wow ...non stop plans!.... unfortunately All these plans, past and present seem to Always fall miserably short! ...is it because of incompetence, leakages, too high brow to comprehend & implement or it's just the mentally there's always going to be a inexhaustible safety net aka "Batuan Rahmah"......please please don't t say that the shortfall is because of the Non Malays are more industrious & super able ( local parlance for No Tongkat needed) and because of that 50 years and counting there' has too be multiple "Plan"!
