PETALING JAYA: PTT Synergy Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award (LoA) worth RM53.29mil from Sime Darby Property Bhd (SDP) to conduct construction works in Gombak, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PTT said the contract will entail construction and completion of earthworks, retaining wall, main drain, detention pond and other associated works for phase 4A (package one) in Elmina Business Park 2.
The company said the construction works would commence on Nov 13, 2023 and will be completed by May 12, 2025.
The LoA is expected to contribute positively to PTT’s future earnings over the duration of the award.
