Fully agreed. My Taman has 1200 houses with 3 99speedmarts around. Their average sales per store will trend downwards if over expansion.

DIY & 99 both are facing same problem..! They have set up stores in Prime areas good sales & profit. but now they have no choice but to set stores at secondary prime areas; less sales & profit which is quite normal. I forecast their EPS will face challenges and heads south graduately.

I expect TS to distribute high dividend(>5 sen?) for 4th Q plus special dividend( >3 sen?)...!! This is to avoid to pay 2% if dividend declared is in 2025!!. ** Do you see Lysaght declared today a special dvd of 35 sen. but 3Q EPS is only 11.52sen, looks like an advance dvd payment! I see more companies will follow the trend!

That's only a simple maths calculation!! Crude oil drops to 50 USD, most O&G companies will make a huge loss runs into Tens or Hundreds of millions. Hibi may sink into penny stock!! A 30% downside risk does not applicable in this scenario!

USD is getting stronger, EURUSD rate went down 150 pips yesterday. Brent crude price will head south... Hibiscus was 1.96 early this morning; likely will weaken further. Time to start some shopping & accumulate Hibiscus shares. Good luck to all of you!
