关于稀释这问题，的确稀释了0.75的NTA，还有未来的盈利和股息，不过加强了0.5的现金与价值的浓稠度。投资者可以将0.5成为参考价。反正当这是0.5的privateplacement就好了。如果老板做0.23的privateplacement给自己人才真的做9我们散户，如果是的话我马上卖永不再看这只股

其实很简单的道理而已，老板当公司是自己的孩子，老板宁愿用更高的价钱跟孩子买股权也不愿意跟市场上的某人买，就是这样简单的道理。不关我们散户的事，反正我们没有亏就是了

i rather believe bos willing to pump money into company by converting the warrant at 0.50. the matter of fact, he is doing that already if you pay attention to bursa annoucement. gambling shold be out of the possibility, bos is the most insider out of insiders that know the most about the company. he doesnt need to gamble about anything. if price shoot up above exercise price of 0.50 befoee expire date. he must already knew it already instead of being lucky
