Bursa Malaysia make inconsistent move in dealing with Annual report

Above circular shows that Bursa Malaysia make a business friendly by granting extension for QR and Annual Report issuance.

At the same time companies QR and Annual Report due in October is not given similar friendly move.
Bursa even threaten the company for suspension.

Somehow some companies is given extension refer to Serbadk case

Is it because Serbadk is suspended already then Bursa Malaysia willingly give the extension?

As the regulatory body, Bursa Malaysia have to act in a friendly manner to the market as a whole.

Hope Tan Sri Wahid Omar #TSWO can look into this, together with the recent behavior Bursa Malaysia insisting Serbadk to publish their Special Independant Review (SIR) Report despite the process is not concluded yet.

Previously, Bursa Malaysia step in when Serbadk audit is not concluded yet and the management is resolving the matter arises during the audit process causing what we can see today.
