大哥觉得armada如何，每年operating cash flow 最少保守1billion ，现在短期债务已经是656m ，现在在手是690m，之前几年很积极还债务，都是operating cash flow 1.xx billion 拿去还债，现在接下来如果要派发股息真的可以很多如果公司要，假设5％股息一年，都只是占公司每年operating cash flow 155m ，毕竟它是每年有1billion operating cash flow 假设业务和油价稳定
