EPF disposed AA shares is not about making money, but to maintain its integrity, as part of GLC, related to the allegation by British Serious Fraud Office that Airbus bribe AA for £50mil.
The AA price dropped recently was mainly due to the bribery case reported by international firm, thus, EPF sold majority/all of its holding and also Wuhan issue (not much affected). If the court found the bribery case is true, then, there will be another drop (may drop < RM1). Else, the price will uptrend if the overall market is good (the price would not drop below RM1).
