截至12月31有5亿的sales，3.4亿还没收回来 超过了一半还没收回！如果这些sales是不存在的，再低的pe都没用
operating cash flow 也是negative的
12月份有个一次性盈利17million，是fair value gain on receivables, 自己分析！

scib的epcc合约也是中东的，也是盈利暴涨，receivable异常的高，今年做了两次PP, 也是换year end去6月，三月的业绩报告也比平时迟了，可以守但不要average down，他的auditor是crowe，也是数一数二的，到时再看看有没问题！不过要等到8月了！
