public 的保守世维永远卡在那里不愿意数位转型，public mutual performance 又差，家族遗产分配又迟迟不要落案，我去一个branch，都还要排长龙，我去cimb 根本没有人，结构早就出了问题。如果不跟着时代前进，public 被替代也是可以的。nokia 曾经也是王，死也是因为没转型。

无论是人为也好，什么也好，svb 只是第17 大的银行罢了，只要不是大银行like jp morgan ， goldman sach 死，对于美国来说只是死死数额，最多只是接管然后再印多一点钞票就可以了，美国印钞机是无敌的
