this sg boss is well known for printing new shares. If u guys look closely, although the company is making more money every year but the eps has peaked in 2017 and constantly dropped ever since.

As I know this management is using acquisition with new share to improve company profit
just check the eps in the last 5 years and see it for yourself.
eps 2017 was 4.58c and eps 2023 was 3.54c. There was no right issue/split/bonus in the last 5 years therefore no eps adjustment required for comparison purpose.
there was only 330mil of total shares in 2017 and the number will increase to 740mil next week, which is about 55% of dilution. The huge magnitude of dilution simply out weight the profit growth therefore cause a slow reduction in eps.
the beauty of good fundamental counter is u don't hv to worry about it, sleep well at night, enjoy contra gain and capital gain, just ignored empty cans, u will be rewarded, thank you Krono, : )

I realised that Google banned Huawei from using Google apps, and now Huawei has overcome and replacing it by own HarmonyOS and aggressively promoted their own App Store. Huawei Mate 60 Pro is recently show the world the breakthrough even with US sanctions. Cannot use Google, they can use Baidu.
And my point is, Krono is doing cloud storage business for Baidu. Will Krono benefited by emerging of Huawei phone achievement?
