Hehhh... Mcmana pulak bleh dilute? This is what I understand from recent corporate exercise.
ECSB ( a subsidiary of Ekovest Bhd) disposed its entire stake to Knusford at certain value 60sen per share if I am not mistaken. Then they use that earning and offer to CRSB at the same 60sen per share. CRSB has some stakes in IWH around 63% if I am not mistaken and IWH also is among major shareholder around 36% stakes in IWCity. All these transactions involved many companies but they are actually own by Big Boss which owns 51% of EKOVEST.
Addition to that, we seen this move as EKOVEST BHD is positioning itself towards SEZ (Singapore Economic Zone). EKOVEST prospect looks good. No dilution. No PP or fund raising for now.
