No matter how high or low the charter rates, exporters still need to use shipments becoz it's cheaper than flight. Despite the high crude oil prices, there won't be much high impact on these shipping companies as will pass the added costs to customers. Exporters still need to export their products no matter how expensive. As MTT holds 46% of Msia cabotage, it surely will benefit alot and I'm sure major institutional investors will buy the shares, similar to what they did to Orkim upon listing.
