I think It will drop further as I believe many T20 or even M40 investors may want to let go of this type of investment to avoid higher tax brackets.

Good QR!! YTL Hospitality REIT delivered strong results, with revenue up 6% to RM140.5M & net property income rising 12% to RM77M. Income available for distribution increased 11% to RM29.5M.

The REIT's performance to robust hotel room demand supported by a busy calendar of entertainment & sporting events, despite a weaker Australian dollar.

Property rental income also improved following the commencement of the AC Hotel Ipoh lease in April 2025.
