You received the free AAX warrants because the AAX shares you received from Capital A made you an entitled shareholder of AirAsia X.
AirAsia X (AAX) issued the free warrants to its own shareholders on the basis of one warrant for every two AAX shares held as of the entitlement date, December 18, 2025. Since you held AAX shares by that date, you were entitled to receive the warrants automatically.
Details of the AAX Warrants
Ratio: 1 warrant for every 2 AAX shares held.
Ex-Date: December 17, 2025.
Entitlement Date (Last Date for Lodgment): December 18, 2025.
Listing Date: The warrants were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on December 31, 2025, under the stock short name AAX-WB.
Cost: The warrants were issued free of charge to entitled shareholders.
The warrants were credited into the central depository system accounts of entitled shareholders without any action required on your part.

You get free AAX share then want to get free warrant somemore? Don’t dream la bro! You must buy AAX share before the ex-date to get the free warrant!! Stop dreaming whoever think they can simply get free warrant from the free AAX shares, no such thing!! Hahaha

Since no one has asked so far, who are the private placement investors?

Seems like Saudi's PIF has backtracked on their USD$100m investment otherwise we would have seen a new substantial shareholder

You guys are not thinking. The average PE for any Airline globally is around 7 to 8. At today's price, AAX PE is 40. Do the math people.

alan兄,到时候再看,毕竟航空股风险还是有点高,但是汽油还是空难都会是很大打击,所以我会长期持有银行股拿股息,也不会选择长期持有航空股拿股息,风险比银行股高太多了
