各位大神，为什么hap seng 会从 RM 7+- 跌到 RM 3+- ？

Hap Seng fell from RM7+ to RM3+
largely due to foreign funds pulled out of M'sia because of interest rates differential. If BNM can narrow the gap of interest rates differential between M'sia & US, then some funds may flow back as political risk is mitigated after conclusion of 6 states election.
