Delisting of GenM is the only way forward as it will be too expensive for GenM (instead of Genting) to raise borrowings for CAPEX to finance the NY Casino licence developments. Genting diversified Group structure will enable easier fund raising at lower interest cost as USD5.5 BILLION is not a small sum that can be raised easily within a short period of time.
