很多人都问这股长期收股息好不好，其实magnum, toto, sunreit, uoareit, 云顶，银行股等等，不香吗？

投机低买高卖博一博是不错的股，毕竟交易量高，目前也是赚钱的公司。但股息的话就不好说了，毕竟有更多公司派出更高的股息

QR will out in few days. If can maintain or better, the price will up since the dividend is seductive.

By comparing the price between 0.46 and last year, even new QR is drop 30-40% still considering good value. Good for long term investor.
